Kelley Lawrence, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Lawrence

Dr. Lawrence was born and raised in South Dakota. She first moved to Arizona in 2003. She graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Lawrence did additional training by completing a residency in ocular disease and primary care on the Gila River Indian Reservation in Sacaton, Arizona.

Prior to her career as an optometrist, she was a first grade teacher. She has a special place in her heart for children and enjoys providing pediatric vision exams. She provides comprehensive eye health exams for infants through seniors.

Kelley Lawrence, O.D., F.A.A.O. has a special interest in the management of medical eye conditions including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, dry eye, eye infections, and eye allergies. She also has experience fitting a wide range of contact lenses including those “difficult-to-fit” patients.

Dr. Lawrence and her husband, T.J., have one son. Her favorite activities include those spent with her family. She enjoys traveling and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Lawrence is currently expecting her second son on June 28th and will be on leave for 6 weeks after the delivery.

Michelle Blas, O.D.

Dr. Blas recently joined our practice one day a week. She will cover Dr. Lawrence's maternity leave and then stay on part time. She recently moved here from California and will be updating this bio section soon.

Cara, Optician


Cara has been a resident of southern Arizona since 1989. She spent three years in the Middle East and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Cara has worked in the Optometry field since 2009. She enjoys serving the public and helping patients with all their vision needs. Cara not only works as an Optician, but has experience as an Optometric Technician as well. Cara especially enjoys helping patients find fashionable eyeglass frames while also ensuring a comfortable and functional fit.

Outside of work Cara spends her time caring for her son Jacob. They enjoy many activities together, especially those spent at home with their pets.

Jennifer, Optometric Technician


Jennifer is a New York native who has lived in Arizona for over 16 years. She and her husband Wade and their two teenage children, Jacob and Riley Ann, have been Maricopa residents since 2006. In her work as an Optometric Technician, she enjoys seeing old friends and making new ones every day.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys running, hiking, baking, photography, spending time with her family, and cuddling with her Doberkid Duke.
